Introduction
Prebook Review is a step in the Prebook workflow that only requires user action if the Prebook record was created and submitted through the ATIMS PBPC module. The step allows the user to review (read-only) all steps and data completed in PBPC and accept or deny the submission.
Review PBPC Information
To review the information submitted through PBPC:

From the Prebook Detail page, click Start next to Review in the Prebook Tasks list. The system displays the Prebook Review step. The step contains all steps in the PBPC process.

Click on a step to view the information as submitted by the Arresting Officer from PBPC.

Click Approve to accept the submission and continue with the Prebook.
If there are errors in the submission that need to be corrected in PBPC, select the Deny the Prebook Entry radio button. When selected, the Deny Reason drop-down (required), comment field, and Deny button are enabled. Complete the information and click Deny.
Deny Reason values are agency-specific.
When the Review step is completed, the Prebook Detail page displays and the status for the step is updated. Continue to the Medical Prescreen or Identify steps. If both steps are complete, proceed to the Intake Create step.
